Wilma L. Kelley, 84, of Ottawa, Kansas, passed away Friday, September 26, 2014, at Vintage Park. She was the mother of Rev. Dr. J C Kelley of the First United Methodist Church. Wilma was born February 26, 1930, in Bremond, Texas. Family will meet with friends from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Woodlawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, Houston, Texas, with funeral services and burial to follow.
