SERVICES: Funeral services will be held from the Williamsburg United Methodist Church 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2004. OFFICIATING CLERGY: Rev. Gail Bower. IN STATE: Mrs. Spencer will lie in state at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after (*) to 9:00 p.m. Sunday. The family will meet with friends at Williamsburg United Methodist Church 10:00 a.m. Monday prior to the funeral service. CEMETERY: Mt. Hope Cemetery, Williamsburg, Kansas.
