Wallace Bruce David, Jr., age 65, of Ottawa, Kan., died Monday, December 15, 2003, at Ransom Memorial Hospital in Ottawa, Kan. . He was the son of the late Wallace David, Sr. and Willeta (Craighead) Johnson. He is also survived by his Four Daughters, Daughter-Carolyn Good of Richmond, Kan. Daughter-Julie David of Ottawa, Kan. Daughter-Patty David of Auxvasse, Mo. Daughter-Loretta Dianne Makepeace of Ottawa, Kan. Two Sons, Son-Earl Lee David of Ottawa, Kan. Son-Michael David of Ottawa, Kan. One Sister, Sister-Merissa Waters of Carbondale, Kan. Arrangements are being handled by Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 South Hickory St., Ottawa, Kan..
