Thomas Lloyd Rizer, age 82, of Ottawa, Kan., died Thursday, June 20, 2002, at Village Manor Nursing Home in Ottawa, Kan. He Served in World War II. He was the son of the late William Rizer and the late Virginia (Yeakle) Rizer. Arrangements are being handled by Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 South Hickory St., Ottawa, Kan.Interment was held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Pomona, Kan.
