Renate McCrackin

Renate McCrackin, 93, of Paola, passed away on July 3, 2025 at Olathe Medical Center.

She was born on February 23, 1932 to Robert and Christina Faulstroh

Renate was a simple, old-fashioned woman, who enjoyed taking care of her children, her husband, and their home. She loved to cook for her family and she enjoyed sewing, even making her own clothing.

On May 16, 1951, she married Billy McCrackin. Renate and Billy made their home in Paola in 1965.

Renate is survived by her children, Randy McCrackin, Bill McCrackin, Tammy Thompson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy McCrackin.
