Randy Calvin Meyer, 57, of Louisburg, Kansas, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026.

He was born on October 29, 1968, in Jackson County, Missouri to Linda and Larry Meyer. He attended Louisburg High school and enlisted in the United States Army during his Junior year. Randy served 9 years for the United States Army.

Upon returning from his time in service he met and married Angela Lee Cutshaw, on July 16, 1994. They welcomed their first son Dalton Meyer in 1995, their second son Dylan Meyer in 1997 and their daughter Shayla Meyer in 2001.

Randy dedicated himself to the same company for 19 years, a job he truly loved and took pride in. He cared about what he did, the people he worked alongside, and the work he put his name behind. His strong work ethic, loyalty and dedication are a reflection of the man he was.

Randy was the kind of man who left an impact wherever he went. He was a genuine, hardworking, faithful man who loved the simple things in life and the people who made it meaningful. He loved being outdoors, riding his motorcycle, fishing, and especially hunting. Some of his favorite memories were made in the woods with his sons and his friends, telling stories, and making memories that will be treasured forever.

He loved spending time with the people he cared about, but more than anything, he loved his family. He loved his wife deeply and took so much pride in being a husband, a father, and especially a Papa. His faith was an important part of who he was, and he tried to live his life with kindness, love, and a genuine goodness that came from his heart. He had a way of making people feel welcome and cared for, and he gave so much of himself to the people around him. He was a good man through and through, and his absence will leave a hole in the lives of so many who were lucky enough to know him.

Survivors include his parents, Linda and Larry Meyer, his wife, Angela Meyer, his sons, Dalton (Lexi) Meyer and Dylan (Anna) Meyer, daughter, Shayla Meyer (Joshua), grandchildren, Shelby Watson, Dean Meyer, Holt Meyer, and Rosie Meyer, his sisters, Rhonda (Ben) Ross and Jennifer (Matt) Baker, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Dengel & Son Mortuary – Louisburg Chapel, 1 Aquatic Drive, Louisburg, KS 66053.
