Lougene Wey

Lougene Wey, age 87, of Paola, Kansas passed away on July 11, 2014 at the Fort Scott Mercy Hospital. She was born on August 10, 1926 in Paola, Kansas to William and Viola Webb Jewett. She was raised in Paola and was united in marriage to Murl Wey on May 5, 1964 in Paola, Kansas. Lougene received her mental health certificate and was a Mental Health Technician for 10 years at the Osawatomie State Hospital. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah"s Witness of Paola. Lougene is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Allan Brian Jewett, one brother, William Jewett, two sisters, Odelia Patillo, and Betty Jewett. She is survived by her children, Karen Lindsey, Kimberly Ann Jewett, Murlene Berry, Chris Wey and Paul (Ann) Jewett, sister, Imogene McFalls, 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
