Linda Darlene Lantis

RESIDENCE HISTORY: She lived in Liberty, Missouri, until moving with her family to Michigan at the age of two. In 1958, she moved to Wyoming; 1970, Kansas; 1976, Oregon; 1979, California; 1980, Utah; and Ottawa in 1983. EDUCATION: Linda graduated from Rawlins (Wyoming) High School with the class of 1967. OCCUPATION & BUSINESS: She has been employed as a bookkeeper at Buildex in Ottawa the past eighteen years. MEMBERSHIPS: Linda was a member of First Baptist Church in Louisburg, Kansas, and attended Westminster Presbyterian Church in Ottawa. She was also a member of Eagles Club for Robert Schuler, and Sparrows Club. MARRIAGE: On March 7, 1968, Linda was united in marriage with Tom Lantis at Rawlins, Wyoming. They later divorced. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held from the Dengel & Son Mortuary 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2004. OFFICIATING CLERGY: Rev. Henry A. Roberts, Jr. IN STATE: Mrs. Lantis will lie in state at the Dengel & Son Mortuary from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday. The family will meet with friends from 7 to 8:00 Friday evening at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 401 W. 13th, Ottawa. CEMETERY: Ruhamah Cemetery, Rantoul, Kansas.
