Leigh Ann Miller

Leigh Ann Miller, 54, of Ottawa, Kansas died Saturday, December 28, 2013 at her home. Cremation is planned by Dengel & Son Mortuary with services to be held at a later date. Leigh Ann was born on Monday, May 18, 1959 in Gardner, Kansas, the daughter of Charles and Dottie (Watts) Miller. She was a lifelong Ottawa resident, graduating from Ottawa High School with the class of 1978. She continued her education at Wright Business College for two years. Survivors include her parents; daughter, Caitlin Prochaska of Pomona; three brothers, Layman Miller and wife Carol of Ottawa, twin brother, Leonard Miller of Ottawa, and Lonnie Miller of Fort Worth, Texas; four grandchildren, Zowie, Cody, Alexzander, and Memphis Prochaska. She was preceded in death by her son, Codie Prochaska. Leigh Ann was a homemaker. The family suggests memorial contributions to Leigh Ann Miller Memorial Fund c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S.
