Joy Frazier, 80, of Greeley, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at Ransom Memorial Hospital. She was born February 23, 1936, in Colorado. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, August 20, 2016, at Plad Cemetery, Dallas County, Missouri near Louisburg. Funeral arrangements are handled by Dengel & Son Mortuary.
