Born on September 3, 1942, in Iowa City, Iowa, James lived a life marked by commitment, hard work, and a deep passion for horses.

Throughout his career, James dedicated many years to the care and trade of horses, a profession that reflected his genuine love for these noble animals. In addition to his work with horses, James served as a Sheriff's Deputy with the Miami County Sheriff's Office in Paola, Kansas.
