Gracie Marrie Downs, Drexel, MO, peacefully passed away moments after her birth in the loving arms of her mom & dad due to anencephaly on May 19, 2009. She is preceded in death by her Grandma, Sandra Whalen and great grandparents Margaret Powlas & Elmer Downs. She is survived by her parents Eric and Molly Downs of Drexel, Mo.; her 5 brothers and sisters, Whalen, Kenny, Abby, Katie and McCartney; 2 grandfathers, Mike Downs & Mike Whalen both of Cleveland, Mo.; her grandmother, Jan Woods, Fairfax, MO., great grandmother Elsie Downs, Shawnee, Ks.; great grandfather Ken Powlas, Overland Park, Ks. and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Every human life has a meaning and worth no matter how long they are on this earth. Funeral Services will be held privately at a later date.
