Earl J. Crawley, 67, of Ottawa, passed from this life Monday, March 7, 2016, surrounded by his loving family and caregivers. Earl was born Friday, June 4, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Earl Sr. and Peggy Crawley. Celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 12, 2016, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5901, Ottawa.
