Codie Wade Prochaska

Codie Wade Prochaska, age 24, of Ottawa, Kan., died Monday, September 13, 2004, at Ransom Memorial Hospital in Ottawa, Kan. He was a lifelong Franklin County, Kansas resident. Codie graduated from Pomona High School with the class of 1998. He was in residential construction, primarily framing. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held from the Dengel & Son Mortuary 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2004. OFFICIATING CLERGY: Pastor Scott Dickinson. IN STATE: Friends may pay their respects to Mr. Prochaska at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday to the service hour, where the family will meet with friends 7 to 8:00 Thursday evening.
