Claude Day, Jr.

Claude Day Jr., 63, Princeton, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009, at Village Manor Nursing Home, Ottawa. No services are scheduled. He was born on Monday, July 29, 1946, at Lakeside Hospital, Kansas City, Mo., to Claude Day Sr. and Cecelia (Harkins) Day. He grew up in Roeland Park. He also lived at Edgerton for 20 years and Princeton the past 12 years. He worked as a janitor at Steel Benders, Lenexa, until he retired. Survivors include his brother, Roy Day, and his wife, Penny, Princeton. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Earnest John Day and William Louis Day. He was cremated.
