Charles R. Lewis, age 80, of Louisburg, Kansas, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at Saint Luke's Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, October 10, 2025, at Dengel & Son Mortuary - Louisburg, 1 Aquatic Drive, Louisburg, Kansas 66053.
