Catherine L. Cornwell

Catherine Louise Cornwell, age 91, of Grandview, MO died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at her home. She was born on December 2, 1922 at Ocheltree, KS, the daughter of William Arthur and Marjorie (Russell) Hiatt. Catherine was employed at Bendix Corporation and retired after 32 years as an Electronic Assembler. She was a member of the Stilwell United Methodist Church, Stilwell, KS. She helped all who was in need and made the lives of many people so much brighter, and was a friend to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. Survivors include her husband, Don Cornwell, of the home; two sons, Phillip Oldham, Grandview, MO and Russell Oldham (Janet), Blanchard, OK; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
