Carol S. Williams, 66, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014, at her home in Waverly, Kansas, under the care of Midland Care Hospice. She was born Sunday, March 14, 1948, in Ottawa, the daughter of Earland and Zetta (Smith) Laughlin. Services are provided by Dengel & Son Mortuary. Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at Community Foursquare Church, 119 E. 9th Street, Ottawa.
