Carl Franklin Halley

Carl Franklin Hally, 86, Richmond, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at Richmond Care Center in Richmond. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, south of Homewood. He was born June 7, 1923, in Ottawa to John E. and Hulda (Carlson) Hally. He was a resident of Franklin County. He attended Williamsburg schools. He was a farmer. Survivors include a sister, Ida Wilson, Richmond; and a brother, John Hally, Stover, Mo. He is preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas, Silias and James “Jim” Hally. Inurnment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Carl Hally Memorial Fund, in care of Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
