Alta Whitehead, age 93, of Bucyrus, Kansas, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, at AdventHealth South Overland Park.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Bucyrus Church, 200 4th St, Bucyrus, Kansas 66013. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will take place following the funeral at the Bucyrus Cemetery.
