Ricky D. Eneihen, age 60, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at his home in Rantoul, Kansas, with his family at his side. He was born Saturday, April 19, 1952, in Ottawa, Kansas, the son of Laurence and Delores (Kline) Eneihen.

Ricky was a lifelong resident of Rantoul.

Ricky attended Wellsville High School.

A lifelong self-employed farmer, Ricky was a hard worker who enjoyed the rewards of his labor. He was deeply devoted to his family and always took pleasure in their times together. He loved the outdoors, riding motorcycles and tinkering in his shop.

On May 31, 1975, Ricky was united in marriage with Sharon Warren at Wellsville, Kansas. They enjoyed 37 years of marriage. Sharon survives of the home.

He is survived by his: Wife – Sharon Eneihen of Rantoul, Kansas Son – Chad Eneihen of Ottawa, Kansas Sister – Patricia Wright of Homewood, Kansas Brother – Ed Eneihen of Tecumseh, Kansas Grandchildren – Darlene and Matthew Eneihen

He is preceded in death by his: Parents – Laurence and Delores Eneihen

SERVICES: Cremation is planned. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 17, 2012, at Dengel & Son Mortuary.

VISITATION: Family will meet with friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, August 16, 2012, at Dengel & Son Mortuary.

MEMORIALS: The family suggests memorial contributions to Franklin County Cancer Foundation or Midland Hospice c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067. An online Guest Book is available at www.dengelmortuary.com.
